My first experience with Bernards was fantastic, they were very helpful and changed all of the locks on my new house + downstairs rental apartment. The locksmith who came told me if ever I have another lock Id like to have changed, give them a call and they can charge me strictly for the lock (without the service charge). I called a couple months later and the man on the phone (I think he said his name was Derek) was rude before I even mentioned that the locksmith offered to drop the service charge. When I did bring it up, he was completely insulted I would suggest such a thing. I was only

Had them come to my new house to install all new door locks and dead bolts. Left a mess of sawdust, wood chips and metal shavings all over the floor. Not impressed.

I had a "time sensitive" situation and Derrick took care of it ASAP. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He explained everything very well beforehand and solved the problem the same day! The quality of their product is very good as well. Cost was fair and reasonable. Overall, I would rate them 5 out of 5 and recommend them without hesitation.

I phoned and explained my situation and they promptly sent Derrick over to help relock my unit. I had prepurchased a new deadbolt and locking door knob and and Derrick installed it for me in about 20 minutes, same day I called. Thank you for being so accommodating! Will certainly be bragging about Bernard's to my online group of Landlords in Moncton. Thanks Derrick! A1 Service!
