My furnace had expired prematurely, just before a cold snap in December (they always do). The initial diagnosis was unfortunately inconclusive and the replacement part did not resolve the issue. After some negotiation with the team at Reliable, it was determined that a replacement was required. After selecting the new furnace, the technicians arrived promptly at the appointment time and they were fantastic and very professional. I booked an appointment for maintenance and there was a minor issue with the fan. It is not emergency but they could send the technician very soon. The technician did a very thorough check and cleaning of the furnace and at the same time answered my many questions. He gave recommendations regarding the issue and also the humidifier.
