We just took possession of our new home and we couldn't be happier. From our initial meeting to when we received the keys last Friday, homes by us has more than delivered on their promise to build a beautiful home for our family. I had heard stories from others about how building can be stressful and how things go wrong but our experience was all positive.
The initial meetings, choosing the home and settling a contract were fun and exciting for us. The process of building through their design centre was also excellent, they gave us so much time and care and were brilliant at guiding our decisions so the house achieved a real consistent design flow. They worked with us and didn't just take orders, they gave us advice and direction.
We had some ideas about a basement bar and media space for example but with their help we got a dream bar and media room instead! The whole house is better than we imagined and we couldn't be happier. And all of this delivered well ahead of our expected possession date.
