Incompetent technician. Installed effluent pump, 4 call backs before it would maintain the fluid level in my tank. Called back to install as per electrical code, first time he didn't ground the pump, burnt insulation on wires with torch, pump left laying on its side in the tank, leaking fittings in the house, ripped wires through vapour barrier and didn't reseal, entered septic tank with out observing confined space entry regulations, entered my home covered in filth from being inside the septic tank. If I could give a 0 or a 0.5 rating I would. John Muller charged WAY more than he should have and did not provide quality work. I would highly recommend NOT hiring MBM. There are many other quality plumbing outfits out there. Save yourself the headache.
