This beautiful character home was in need of updating and repair. After demolishing the basement slab, we proceeded to install radiant floor heat throughout. We uncovered and salvaged the massive fireplace and was able to utilize it by installing an open log set. The basement, previously used only for storage and laundry, has become a fully utilized part of the home.
Master Ensuite

The Master Ensuite transformation in this home consists of a mixture of texture and colour. Selecting a highly grained walnut, and ensuring it was cut to book match the graining, our millwork team built a stunning vanity as part of the layering of finishes the designers had envisioned. From there, the attention to detail continued with the clean transitioning of materials to create a highly refined end product.
Basement Renovation

The clients and their design time worked together to re-imagine the dated basement. They wanted an intimate space where they could host, relax, as well as a home gym that could meet the needs of their busy lives. The result is a complete transformation. The detailed design around the gym is focused on sophisticated detailing that blends seamlessly with the rest of the basement, creating an incredible flow throughout the whole space.
