This is the third time we've used this company...I think that says it all! We are repeat customers because they give excellent service. Their crew works hard with speed and efficiency. This time was tricky because it involved trading spaces, upstairs and downstairs in a house. It also involved a piano and a heavy bed chesterfield. All were carefully dealt with.

They were very helpful in providing information... These folks are centred in Vancouver and will schedule a move between Victoria and Vancouver. If they are already over on the island they will book a move on the island.

I recently had a piano moved with this company. I wasn't impressed with their service at all. They are very disorganized, unresponsive, hard to get a hold of and most of all charged me way over what they quoted me. Plus a lot of the time I paid for was their own fault. When they arrived with the piano, they attempted to move it one way first and it was too heavy so they tried a second attempt. I understand it's a difficult item to move, but it's not my fault that they don't know what they're doing.
Additionally, I made my appointment for a specific time of day and asked they phone me prior to

We hired Provincial Moving & Storage Ltd to move us. Steve and his team were extremely professional, polite, and pleasant to spend the day with while they were loading up the truck. There were a few challenges with some of our items but never once did they complain or say they couldn't do it. Every piece of furniture made it to our new house in fine condition as Steve and his team took such care in wrapping the pieces carefully. I would not hesitate to recommend Provincial Moving & Storage Ltd to move your belongings. You will not be disappointed. Steve, the owner, is a wonderful, caring, devoted
