Had a washer and dryer delivered......horrible service. They refused to hook up the dryer, as it was not their job ! When we purchased the washer and dryer from Home Depot, the hookup was included in the delivery ! We are now calling someone else to do it for us. Home Depot offered to have the company send another crew to do it.....no thank you ! Do not trust it would be done correctly. Very disappointed with Portage Cartage and Home Depot. We now have to pay for our own hookup !

Be honest about breaking items....instead of taking packing tape to an item and leaving it with out a word.....I'm quite unhappy with that.

Tim, thanks for doing such a great job arranging our move from Winnipeg to Ottawa, we are very satisfied customers. Dave did a fantastic job packing, not a single item was found broken after arrival (hard to see how anything could have broken with the incredible way he packed things). Jay, Anton, and Omar did a super job loading the truck... all three of them are hard workers. The container option was great, and even though we had overflow, both loads arrived at the same time, and within the date spread that was promised. Everything went perfect, keep up the great work!

In planning our across country move, the only thing that was pleasant with this company was the guys that showed up to pack up the house. They were courteous and pleasant. The company rep that came to estimate our house first off, criticized the condition of our house, which was in the middle of us preparing to sell and pack, and also did not follow up well after hired to do the move. I had to drive an hour to pick up boxes I was told were going to be dropped off. In the end, he had not conveyed the right information to the packing crew - he underestimated the amount of box packing needed, as
