I had JOCRI Windows replace my living room window in January 2022. I had 5 quotes and they were the most reasonable in price and time. Peyton and Pavlo came to install the window. They were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend JOCRI Windows.

I got my windows redone by them, and it was by far the worst expense I've ever made. The windows were installed poorly. The gaps between the frame and the window sill indicate that the windows was not the right size. The frame is basically falling apart.. It resulted in big spots of mould growth over time!

Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and courteous. They came out to take measurements and give us an estimate the day after I called and we're super happy with the new windows they installed for us. Will definitely use JOCRI again for any new windows.
