Had some outdoor lights flickering and a socket cease working - a low priority job, but one that you don't want to linger. Clarence showed up exactly at the agreed upon and from the get-go was professional, kind, and pleasant to work with. He listened carefully to the attempts I'd made, diagnosed the problems, and got to work. He had everything working perfectly in no time. Add this to the little bits of fun tied in to the website and the excellent front counter service I got when I called, and this was an A1 experience all around. Sincere thanks to Clarence and the rest of the team at Osprey

Excellent experience with this business from start to finish. Electrician Clarence was especially professional, informing me when an emergency took him away from his schedule, treating me respectfully and doing the job cleanly and perfectly. I really appreciate that he came out during the pandemic to restore my heat. Thank you Osprey
