Roof Inspections
Our comprehensive roof inspections identify potential issues before they become major problems. Using specialized equipment, our certified technicians examine all roofing components including flashings, membranes, and ventilation systems. We provide detailed reports with priority-based recommendations to extend roof lifespan while maintaining safety standards.
Roof Repairs
We handle all types of roof repairs from minor leaks to extensive damage restoration. Our experienced crews use premium materials matched to existing roofing systems, ensuring watertight seals and structural integrity. Emergency services are available 24/7 with rapid response times across Montreal and surrounding areas.

Our application process ensures proper adhesion and drainage while meeting all local building code requirements for commercial and residential properties.

My neighbors hired them for their roof job, and we found one of the worker urinate in our front lawn, that is highly disrespectful, not to mention, illegal. They should train their employees better teach them how to be professional and respectful of people and their properties.

Extremely rude and unprofessional company. Plenty of much better contractors out there. They'll just show up at your property without you making an appointment. Staff make racial slurs and then resort to threatening emails when client confronts it.

**Racist Roofers**
Employees from Belgrave Roofing entered unannounced on our property, saw me naked in the shower from a window that opens onto our roof, and then called my fianc a "Chinaman" for having called them out on their unacceptable actions. Do not hire this company. After I submitted a request for a quote from Belgrave Roofing through their website, two of their employees came to our building and climbed on our roof without ever contacting me to make an appointment or ringing our bell. We only realized they were there because I saw one of them on our roof outside of our

Rude, difficult to communicate with. Job done very poorly. Before signing the contract, they promised a lot , in the end, they cut corners and gave the cheapest materials, New roof leaked constantly. They dont want to take responsibilities for it.
