I've had Merit Kitchen cabinets since 2011 and they've held up very well and still look fantastic. However, the "high-end" German Hettich hinges' soft close dampers have failed on 7 hinges. Very disappointing. I expect the other 20+ hinges to fail soon also. Since Merit has a lifetime warranty, they were quick to send out new hinges via courier directly to me within 24 hours. Great service!

They send cabinets incomplete and it's been two months and waiting on a drawer cover company is very inconsistent

I have worked with Merit Kitchens for several years and have created MANY different types of kitchens and bathrooms, with differing budgets and styles. They are professional, on time, and importantly - creative. If there is ever a problem, it is fixed in a timely and professional manner. Love Merit!

Our new kitchen is beautiful. It's been two years and I still love walking in to the kitchen in the morning. And the new corner cabinet is so much easier than the old lazy susan we had. We used a professional designer because it came with the cabinets, and she really new her stuff, and helped us manage the project. And we bouight the quartz counters and they were expensive but so worth it.

Poor customer service. Poor quality and poor craftsmanship here. This place is a gone show never again. Do not recommend this place for cabinets. No warranty at all. Do not stand behind the products.
