We had an issue with our shower for quite some time and could not find anyone to help us out. Plumbers either did not return our calls or said they would come, but didn't. Louise at Van Leeuwen was a reassuring voice on the end of the phone. Help was on the way. Kevin, the plumber, was great! He made sure I had the correct part for him to install. Rochelle at BathWorks was also great and Kevin even spoke with her to ensure the correct parts would be ordered and delivered by Bardon. All in all, a great job! We finally have a working shower again!

On April 2nd I had this company install a $34.43 part called a pressure relief valve. It took the plumber 20 minutes tops. I was charged $171.12 (after tax). Most of this was due to the fact I was charged for a full hour of labour. I'm not very happy with the service and I dont think charging me more than about $100 for what was done was reasonable.
