Absolutely TERRIBLE Customer service, Will never purchase anything from this outfit ever again. Maybe review and eliminate your return policy if you are not going to honour it!

We redid our shower in glass blocks. It looks great and GP Masonry was there every step of the way. Got a great deal too.

Terrible customer service! I purchased some cultured stone here and brought it home, only to discuss within my contractor that they probably had a better product for our application. I hadn't even removed the cases from the truck and returned the following day, when I spoke to an employee and explained I was looking for another style product. He kindly showed us another and provided a sample. I returned the next day to make the swap, only to be told that I couldn't return the stone! He pointed to an 8.5x11 sheet of paper on the desk about ten feet away reading that cultured stone couldn't be returned
