Having been recommended a few cleaning companies when we moved in to our new office 2 years ago, we opted to go with AIM. I met Debbie and Paul, who put together a very professional quote, and were extremely friendly and approachable. Their staff are fully vetted - hugely important to us, as we deal with sensitive data - and I felt totally secure that we were making the right choice. On the one occasion our cleaner did not turn up (due to sickness), this was highlighted and dealt with within a matter of hours, along with an apology and follow up email subsequently to ensure all was to our satisfaction
