I visited Tippet Richardson's location to view my recently deceased Fathers storage locker. On my arrival, I was asked to bring my Fathers account up to date in exchange for viewing the contents. I paid the outstanding fees in July 2021, however Tippet Richardson's "Revenue Clerk" took it upon herself to continually charge my credit card for my deceased Fathers account and when challenged claimed the funds were part of a "disposal fee". At no time did I provide permission to charge my card for monthly fees, nor is there a written agreement, or contract that exists between myself or Tippet Richardson

We hired this company for a local move. They came on time but that it is the only positive thing we have say about them.
Going back to first contact, when we spoke over the phone all that was spoken about was the date and time as to when the movers would show up, how many things like furniture needs to be moved, and lastly a quote of $650 was given. The day of the move, the two movers worked extremely slow (I would assume to be pad the hourly they make) they packed (shoved) items into boxes which lead to damage or crushing of the item(s) even though they were not asked to, and overall we were

We are moving from Canmore to Courtenay arranged by A1 Moving and Storage out of Burnaby, Sandy was the consultant. Everything went very smoothly and the was done in an excellent manner. Loading staff was great. Cant say enough good, would certainly recommend this company.

We used this company for a local move and were not told that travel time to and from the warehouse is charged. In addition, they are approximately 10min away from our old home as well as 10min from our new home, but we were charged 30min each way for travel time. We found out about these charges after our move was completed. When I spoke with the person I made arrangements with, she said that is something that she always mentions and that it's a standard charge.
