I got what I paid for? They packed and moved (almost) all our things from Calgary to Vancouver and they did it for the quoted price. I'm grateful there were no surprises like others seem to have experienced - pricing was as quoted. That's the reason I bumped it up to two stars. The movers were mostly friendly and they worked really hard. The truck was late for pick up but they still got everything done within the quoted timeline. They were a little rushed on the drop off and less careful but nothing more than some scuffs on a few items. Two pieces of art were left on the truck and

Stay away unless you like to watch some of your items and your property get damaged, pay for it, then get ignored when trying to get compensated. Showed up late (1hr. 20min) and no call, did not move everything as originally agreed to, one employee was first and last day caused a lot of damage. Office staff ignores and/or hangs up on you including owner. Some of the guys were good. Overall experience was one of the worst I've ever had. Take a chance if you must, I would suggest look elsewhere. Also have noted some of there responses to other complaints blamed the customer. Again take a chance

Not professional, 2 of 3 men started fighting and calling each other names. They took extremely long. 3 professional movers, 800 sq. ft. home and 9 hours later, something wrong there. They were so slow my husband, daughter and granddaughter pitched in, and were faster. They didn't put down anything on floors. Took many breaks and took them an hour to get from our old house to new house. It's a 15 minute drive. If we hadn't helped them job would have been 11 hours. Cost came to $1400. I could and should have just paid my family and friends. I regret using this company.

Thank you so much Buhlers. We got caught in a situation where my daughter had to move a large home immediately and called Ron. He had workers there in a quick time frame with little notice and the ones he sent where expert packers. They filled a 25 trailer and we drove 44 hrs. to Alaska. When we got here everything had been packed great. Thank you so much Butlers!

Just wanted to Thank your team for a great move during difficult time's. This is the third time you've moved members of our extended family and it wont be the last! Short notice was given, but handled with a double crew. Your team arrived on time time on a hot June Day and packed, boxed and moved the entire house and contents to storage. They complied with my COVID masking request, in spite of the heat, were polite, professional and efficient all day long. Your Packers wrapped and packaged a lof of china, glassware, nick nacks, as well as a full kitchen. They were AMAZING! Thank you!
