Mario responded quickly and personally to our emergency. The service provided was prompt, professional and the cost was very competitive. He throughly explained every step in the process and after the new furnace was installed the crew cleaned up throughly. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others.

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest weekend of the winter. The previous technician from another company couldnt figure out the problem and said we need a whole new furnace. We decided to get another opinion so we called this company since theyre listed as a certified technician of our brand of furnace. One of their technicians, Louie, came to fix our furnace and did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable, polite, and quick at fixing the problem. I have heard a lot of positive reviews about Dupont, but when I reached out, I was extremely underwhelmed and unbelievably turned off by their front-line staff. Faced with an emergency heating matter overnight (i.e, no heat in -20 degree weather), I called with the hope they would be able to help. The phone operator made a point to remind me (more than once) that (a) she does not have time to hear what is wrong with my HVAC system, (b) she is "just an answering service", and (c) she does not know when I will be contacted, and (d) if I cannot wait, to call another company. 4 hours later, after another
