Felix Valdez is living proof of OBN's policy of promoting from within the organization. Prior to joining OBN at its inception 18 years ago, Felix gained extensive worldwide experience handling surveillance and undercover assignments for airlines, corporations, and government. As OBN has grown, Felix has advanced.

OBN Operations Centre offers security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Monitoring and documenting all incoming calls in a call management database and live remote viewing of CCTV systems for off-site clients. 24-hour communication with on-site guards and mobile patrol vehicles. Monitoring all officer schedules and providing tactical information to all on-site personnel.

OBN Security employs over 200 security guards operating 190,000 permanent hours per year of uniformed guarding services in the Greater Toronto Area. Permanent being defined as re-occurring, full time, weekly hours under contract. This figure does not include special events, short-term guarding or any investigations, labour disputes, surveillance, undercover work or short-term armed guarding work.
