Falsify time on a job and little to no communication. I had a tech come to fix my furnace and on day 1 he was here about 25 min. He couldn't get the part so I had to wait a couple days for him to come back (part was covered under warranty). There was no paperwork signed or costs discussed at this point. Day 2 he comes back with the part and is done… in about 30 min. He fills out the paperwork and writes 1-hour total labour with no costs. I accept 1 hour and sign. He then asks if he can sit in the driveway for a bit(I assumed to eat lunch as it was around that time and said sure). Little

If I could leave 0 stars I would! For starters I had a call in the morning telling me the repair man would be by for the AC at 4:30... showed up at 7:30 with no calls to let us know he would be that late, I had to go to work... luckily my mother was able to be at our house, a 3 hr difference isn't small! I get you are busy, but communicate with the… customer! The guy who charged to come and look at the AC unit promised he would get back to us in a day, after three days we called to see what was taking so long, and J&S said they were waiting for our claim to get approved, so another day

Amazing service!!!!! I had 4 quotes to repair my Furnace, J & S were the only ones to tell me, to replace the heat exchanger was covered under warranty, no cost. Others were trying to tell me I needed to buy a whole new furnace. Doug, the service mechanic was fantastic. I highly recommend Doug and this company!!!!

I called to request a service call/estimate to correct a problem I've had for more than two years. After having another company come to replace a motor on my furnace, the motor has run continuously. This has caused enormously on our electricity bill. The staff who answered helped me fix the problem with a few quick instructions. No fee, no need for service call. What a huge relief. Thank you J&S for your honor!
