My first contact with SI Alarms was in June when I booked them to perform an annual fire alarm inspection at a rental property. They booked me an appointment for July 2nd and I provided them with instructions to enter and access the property as they requested, since I wouldnt be present. After returning to the property on July 2nd, it seemed like no one had stopped by. I called SI Alarms to confirm wether or not the inspection took place and I was told they would check with the staff and call back. I didnt hear back the following day so I called again. I was told a second time that they
