I was very pleased with the careful attention Love Your Rug paid to my rug. I also appreciated their suggestion to mend some areas that were worn and the rug had never looked better when I picked it up.

They came to clean our wall to wall carpets and left very visible yellow staining behind. They came back to fix one of the stains (insisted it must be from a pet even though we don't own any). They could not remove the heavy yellowing on basement carpet and told me to get another rug to cover it up instead of trying to fix it properly.
