Greg and his staff are very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The process will make your house smell like a very pungent Olive Garden salad for a couple days though.

He listened to all of my concerns, which were causing me significant health issues. He performed his services in a very professional and compassionate manner. I felt as though he was performing a service for me in the manner that he would perform it for a member of his family. He did an excellent job of explaining the process from start to finish. Kept in contact with me and updated on the project. Appointments were kept timely and services completed when promised. The employee (im sorry I do not have the gentlemans name) that performed the process Of the mold removal in my home also did an excellent job of explaining the process and keeping me updated. I can't begin to explain my gratitude for Pure Air Mold Remediation, and in particular, Greg Taylor. First of all, Greg has a way of putting you at ease while thoroughly explaining the process. He performed testing and the report was generated quickly for review. He answered all questions and he provided a brief synopsis about the company and the procedure and how it was developed and then extensively tested by the Army Corps of Engineers, and other independent labs.

The application of Pure Air's product was scheduled for only a few days post testing and the end result was literally stunning. I left a damp and dingy looking house that smelled just awful and returned to a fresh and bright home with absolutely no bad odors. The slight smell of vinegar we were told to possibly expect was non-existent. Within an eight hour time period, Greg transformed this house into a safe, comfortable and sanitary home. Greg with Pure Air took great care of our needs! I bought an old house that had a bigger mold problem then we found out from inspection. It was so bad that Greg wanted us to have it physically removed with scrapping, and after we had that done he came and treated the property.
