I highly recommend asking Suze to use her artistry in your space. She staged our home, which sold quickly, and managed to increase the “wow factor” considerably. In particular, she transformed our entryways so that they looked spacious and welcoming, turned the primary bedroom into a calming refuge and made our living room “sing” by highlighting colours from our artwork and a carpet. Suze and her team were recommended to me as THE best people in the business to stage a house for sale in the Collingwood area. I had a terrific experience, and my place looked so fabulous that it sold in 3 days of listing!
Suze recommended that a few areas needed to be painted, and then supplied all of the furniture and accessories, after moving my furniture that wouldn't be used. All of this took place seamlessly as far as schedules and deadlines.

Suze was so professional and was integral to our revamping of our home. She gave us so many ideas, many of which had never occurred to us, in refreshing our furnishings and our lighting. I've had the pleasure of working closely with Suze over the last couple of years to help her create photos for her website and social media. She asked that we take the photos in her home. This isn't something I normally recommend, but with Suze it was easy because he home was so immaculately designed. Suze was a huge help in getting our house sold! After sitting on the market for almost 60 days (see realtor photos) we knew there were some things that needed to be addressed.
