As construction managers, they are extremely lazy. They issue boiler plate scopes of work which don't reflect the drawings, they don't answer questions and if they do its verbally which means nothing anyway (how do you prove a verbal conversation). Its disgusting how they operate. I add a massive upcharge when I price these guys to cover the risk and their laziness.

The worst possible experience... they did the rain screen on my apartment building... caused a lot of property damage and refused to pay for it..
