We are so very pleased with our electric fireplace. Pauline and Terry were both so helpful, and Terry gave my husband some good pointers, since my husband was installing it himself. The Dimplex fireplace is very realistic and beautiful. Thanks so much!

When I bought the floor model firebox and mantle I was really impressed with the service, but when I had a small service issue, they instantly replaced the firebox without me asking. Great customer service. Pauline really cares about her customers. Service like it should be. I highly recommend the shop.

Nice fireplaces but very expensive. If you're looking for more affordable electric fireplaces, check Canadian Tire or Lowe's.

We purchased a Dimplex fireplace from Pauline and Terry in September. We already had a contractor and chose to book the framing, installation and finishing with him. 10 months later and the contractor suddenly dropped our simple project. I called Terry for advice. Terry came to my home to see what was going on and that was when I found out that the fireplace was not installed correctly. The contractor probably realized his mistake and he was unable to finish the project so he quit. Terry went above and beyond and with his extensive knowledge of the product he was able to finish the installation
