Used to work for thomas and I've seen some of the stuff he's gotten away with, particularly if a bolt snapped on your railing we would cut a bolt and glue it on. Among other issues like smoking pot in his truck on his way to site same with the employees. That's why I worked for 3 years for him before being terminated for being "unprofessional" when I brought up mistreatment and bullying. Also the reimbursement of $50 or $100 for a good

The guys are professional and let us know when they'll be on site to work on the deck. Thomas listened to our concerns, provided reasonable options, and they did a good job on our deck.

We had to have a new vinyl deck installed for one of our water leak projects. The team at Heritage Deck and rail helped us out with this project. We really enjoyed having them work with us on this project. They were great on communication, explained everything to our clients, and were over all absolutely professional. We will be using Heritage and recommending them for the foreseeable future on every vinyl deck project!

First of all, I just want to say how impressed I was with the service and quality of work I got from these men at Heritage Deck and Rail. I spoke to Ryan on the phone for a quote and he was punctual at getting back to me quickly and efficiently. Made shopping around for prices easy and the process from start to finish ran smooth. I didnt have to wait long to have someone come out to start my deck and it was completed before the short deadline I needed. The rail was installed beautifully and I got a lot of compliments on the new addition to my home. Even my brother who works in a similar trade
