They were super fast in responding (within the hour) and had the issue diagnosed and fixed the same day. I casually mentioned a couple of other issues we were having with our fireplace and with our tankless water heater.
These were long standing issues that Town and Country Plumbing (the original installers) couldn't seem to figure out. Universal figured it out and fixed the problems. We couldn't be happier with their service. They were on time, super professional and super high quality. We are now loyal customers of Universal!
I highly recommend them! I've used UHI on at least 3 separate occasions and service has been so great that they're in my email address book! I have an issue, I just email Colin. Their HVAC maintenance far exceeds what I've received from other companies; last winter Colin explained a scary heater sound (over the phone) during a particularly cold spell saving me a service bill; and now, Reilly.

When we were in the process of finishing our basement, we decided to hire Universal to perform all our plumbing work, which included a full wet bar, full bathroom, duct work, and a gas fireplace. We chose Universal because of all the great reviews they had, and they definitely surpassed our expectations!
