Stephan showed up the same day I called when the receiver to my gate failed; he was busy but he fit me in. He quickly changed the receiver, re-set my keypad and replaced the battery in my fob. Considering that there had been a heavy snowfall, I appreciated that Stephan made the effort to help me out..thank you

Extremely unprofessional and rude! Asking for 50% down to buy materials but won't commit to a date! Finally, after refusing to provide a deposit without a commitment for a start date the owner commited to a start date but not a completion date... then gave me 30 minutes to provide a $3000 deposit for materials... no paperwork, phone call, proper communication, etc.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND ALL AROUND UNPROFESSIONAL!
NOTE THE WORDING ON THEIR INITIAL QUOTES, WHICH I HAD TO ASK FOR SEVERAL TIMES TO GET A PRICE IN WRITING.
OUT FOR A QUICK BUCK!!!

Couldn't be happier that we found Thibault gates and had them replace our gate control system. Very professional and great people! I was blown away by how quickly they answered my request for an estimate, and by how quickly they got the work done. I would like to take the time to thank Stephan for job well done. He customized our gate and was able to install and have it function beautifully when multiple other installers said it couldn't be done. My wife was extremely impressed and of course that in turn makes me very happy. PS kids are safe now from the busy road and that's what matters the most.

Great experience form start to finish. I understand that with what is happening right now, with this COVID delays are longer then normal. Stephane has been very communicative and is doing the best he can to deal with this situation. Highly recommended unlike a lot of other gate business around.
