Very impressed with Denali Snow Removal, I had to head out of town last minute for an extended amount of time and Denali Snow really showed that they are not just a business but a community partner. As I did not have a contract in place they went above and beyond to ensure my pregnant wife did not have to worry about the driveway while I was away!

Fast efficient service! Jess was very quick to respond to my request for a one time clearing of our driveway when we were not able to shovel it ourselves. When we had another snowfall, I emailed to request snow removal and got a response within minutes! I would recommend using them as they are a local family owned business. :)

I called today at 430pm because our driveway was not cleared from last night's snow (they had all day to clear it since we are at work). Jess said she would send someone tonight and call me back or email to give me a rough timeframe so I could move our cars out of the way. It's now after 8pm and as usual no call back, no email. I tried calling and of course now they are closed.
Update : they never sent someone because Jess 'changed her mind' no joke, that's what she said and told me my contract was

I started using Denali for snow removal last year. I'm very happy with the service. After the first snow storm, the driver missed our house since we were a new customer. When I contacted the office, they answered my call right away. And the driver came to clean our driveway within 10 minutes. The office even reached out to me half a hour later to check with me if the driver came.

We have been with Denali for 4 years so far. This company is so professional and courteous. They go always beyond the expectation either the tractor guy who is cleaning the drive way will move the trash cans on garbage day, or he will even spread salt on the walkway from our container at the front after he shovels. The people behind the scenes at the office are great too - very nice, polite and helpful people.

This is not a competitor whatsoever. Denali has not resolved the issues at hand. You need only look at other reviews to see there is a trend...very disappointed in the lack of snow removal service and appalled with the handling of the situation. Not only have they repeatedly forgotten my driveway but handling the situation is beyond bad business. Committing to great service and then completely failing is not even the worst part. Saying that they will refund the prorated balance of the winter and then not providing the refund and then ignoring emails and continuing to forget the driveway. Shame
