A few years ago, I was looking to have my furnace looked at. I had many companies come in for a quote. There was a crack in one of the plates and I was quoted for a brand new high efficiency and new a/c unit over $15 000 to start from many companies. Mark came in and said the I still had 1 year left of the manufacturer warranty. He can honour that… warranty and just charge a service fee. I asked what would be better? New system or just keep the existing one? He was honest and stated that he would recommend the new system and if $$ was a factor (which it was) he presented all the options

A highly recommended company, installations are professional. Service response are very fast. Their maintenance program is excellent. Reported a noise in my fan in furnace in the morning, they fixed it before noon. They replaced defective parts immediately.

Mark was a great guy, I thought the AC may not be working well after I changed the starting capacitor. He looked at it and felt that it did not need additional work. He said since I really did nothing but inspect it, it was no charge. Awesome, and honest. Definitely gave some good advice and will definitely be considered them when my furnace needs replacing. Appreciate the honesty.
