You never get a second chance to make a first impression. I had a 4 p.m. appointment for a consultation and no one showed up or called to cancel. That is poor customer service as my time is just as important as yours. Moving on.

We used L&O for landscaping around our pool. Their services are outstanding and the crew are professional and attentive. Jeff and his colleagues treat their clients with respect and respond with efficiency and attention. We are very pleased with the final project. The work is solid and looks great.
