After some dumb dumb (me) in an effort to save some heat by not opening OH door high enough.I caught the OH door with a forklift.
Knocked off the track, panel bent/ripped, bent hinges, ripped weather stripping, cables off
Of course it happened when it was -35C. Their response time was good (given the weather and being busy) but the 2 guys that showed up were top notch. Went right to work and got it temporarily fixed up so door was usable.
Charges were very fair and I would have them back anytime. (Hopefully wont need them)

Had a chain length fence installed in September , had an old wooden fence dismantled . Appointment for the work was set up quickly & great job on the new fence. Had to call them back for a small adjustment , was done quickly.. Great job!

Have had our Wallace and Wallace garage door operable and working for 2 years now. We are very happy with the look and the product that was supplied and installed.
Recently, we had an issue with the garage door that I had contacted Mathew about. We both agreed that this small repair should have been covered by warranty but was outside of the 1 year Warranty window. They provided the proper response that they would come to do the repair free of charge. Great customer service when it needed to be! Our overhead door stopped working just when it got supper cold and stormy, i called a few door repair centres before calling Wallace and no one would commit to even giving me an exact date when they could make it to see what needs to be done, when i called Wallace + Wallace i spoke with a lady by the name of Jackie, very polite and professional, she was able to send someone down with in an hour, repair technicians were also professional to interact with. thank you very much.

We had a residential chain link fence installation with privacy inserts recently in the fall and couldn't be more pleased with the excellent quality! We made several changes during planning and found all the nice folks at W&W to be patient, friendly and accommodating. The fence installation was on-time and took only a day which is amazing since it was a combined run of over 150' including a gate.

Thanks to Grant & crew for an excellent professional installation! The fence is perfectly straight and sturdy and has enhanced the value of our property while increasing privacy. W&W is highly recommended

On the weekend my wife and I were inside our home and heard a very loud pop come from the garage. We checked in and didnt find anything out of place. It wasnt until we attempted (unsuccessfully) to open our garage door that we realized one of the lift springs had snapped. We didnt realize how reliant we were on our garage until we lost the use of ours! I called several businesses in panic Monday morning and it was Wallace and Wallace that answered my call.
