Amazing in the store when youre looking to purchase a hot tub from them, they are so helpful calling you back and making sure if they can give you any more information to make your purchase any easier. But heres the poor part is once you purchase the hot tub and you get it in your yard, nothing to do with you we had nothing but troubles with the lid assist and finally they just told us this is the one we have to except. It ended up ripping out of our hot tub and they refuse to come back and fix it and blamed it on us. Now our brand new hot tubs heat pump blew in this winter storm, ask what
