James partner Jim is not a man of his word. He owes a lot of money to his employees and customers. He is always hiding and running from everyone. My deck is still not even close to complete. Its been 7 months and only have holes in my backyard. No communication/response. Only fake commitments from their office. I wish I had chosen a different contractor. Only let him build your deck if he does it for free. Or pay him after the work is done. Otherwise you will be waiting and waiting and waiting...

The Deck Guys were recommended to us when we purchased a hot tub, because we needed to redo our deck. Right from the start with an estimate, they were awesome. Very communicative and answered any questions we had. They drew up a draft of what we wanted and we ended up with an amazing deck. The crew was fantastic - super professional and hard-working, they were great. Within a week, we had a huge beautiful new deck.
Sean took care of us through the whole process, and was so knowledgeable and helpful with the permit process and any other paperwork that was required. I can't say enough good things
