Perimeter came recommended to us by a respected and trusted home inspector. When he passed the contact to me, he said, that he felt that "these guys will have it done right." Perimeter was experienced, no-nonsense and properly priced. They dealt with tricky problems with old infrastructure and was always willing to explain to me the things that they had to work through. As others mentioned, they worked cleanly, respectfully (of neighbors) and didn't cut corners.

I called Perimeter with a question about our drainage options on a ground level addition were currently in the permit process with. The feedback I received confirmed a concern of ours that will drastically change our building plans; Im very happy I called. We were in the midst of a major renovation and were unexpectedly looking at having to potentially bring in the excavators to dig down and intercept the sewer line which would call for heavy machinery, cribbing etc. big $$$.
Craig showed up the same day, performed a camera inspection and thorough analysis of the situation. He was both courteous and knowledgeable. He devised a solution that the plumber nor the contractor thought of, which was far less intrusive and much more cost effective. The work was done quickly and professionally
