We simply cannot say how happy we are with our new fireplace. Noel and the team at Maxwell were great to work with, and we would recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality and value. We had been looking for a simple replacement of a builders special - but the result was far beyond expectations, and a favourite spot for morning coffee, comfy evenings, and waiting for Santa. I had a huge issue with a bad contractor that built my fireplace wall four times and still doesn't have it right. I approached Darren Huenefeld and shared the pictures and dimensions.
Darren determined the wall Construction and fireplace were incorrect for the space. He then put together all the specs and information that we require to fix the mess. Darren went way beyond the call and is amazing with product knowledge and customer service. Thank you Darren I will recommend you to all.

Went in on a weekend, they were pretty busy but I received one on one attention and never felt rushed. I was helped by Darren, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with selecting a fireplace right for our home. He made really helpful suggestions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Thanks to his help and guidance we picked the perfect fireplace and it was very reasonably priced. Loved our experience.

Fireplaces can be a tricky business, but Maxwell's provides exceptional service from beginning to end! They don't simply sell fireplaces, they sell you a fireplace that suits your needs, budget and room size. Darren is very attentive to the customer, a good communicator and gets you the answers you need lickety-split. They have a number of contractors that have been working with them for decades, and the results are great. As a designer, I need to trust my suppliers to ensure happy Clients so I will continue to give Maxwell's my business.

Noel did an excellent job on our retrofit installation of a Valor H3. He is obviously passionate about his work and paid a lot of attention to detail. He understood the look we wanted and designed and framed the new surround to incorporate an existing hearth. He also helped us with ordering a custom mantel and returned to install it. Definitely a 5 star experience!
