Services
Window Cleaning
Our professional window cleaning service ensures streak-free results for residential properties. We clean all window components including frames, screens, tracks, and sills using specialized equipment for hard-to-reach areas. Interior cleaning includes ladder-accessible high windows and construction clean services. With 19 years of experience, our technicians handle delicate slider window bays and older fixtures while maintaining safety standards. Regular maintenance plans help preserve window clarity and property value.
Eavestrough Cleaning
Professional eavestrough maintenance prevents water damage to foundations and basements. Our service includes debris removal, downspout clearing, and structural inspections. We address plugged drains and report potential issues like leaks or improper drainage. Regular maintenance plans prevent weight-related damage from debris accumulation. Emergency service available for urgent drainage problems caused by blocked downspouts in Calgary's variable weather conditions.
Pressure Washing
Residential pressure washing maintains property value by removing dirt buildup from homes. Our technicians use adjustable pressure systems to safely clean various surfaces without chemical additives. This Calgary-focused service prevents permanent staining from environmental deposits and complements window maintenance. We prioritize exterior washing before interior work to address Calgary's hard water spotting issues, ensuring comprehensive home maintenance solutions for long-term protection.
Holiday Light Installation
Custom Christmas light installation services for homes and trees. Our team offers design options and handles both installation and seasonal takedown. We maintain job details for returning customers to streamline annual service. While providing lights and accessories, we recommend purchasing extra materials for first-time installations. This personalized service reduces safety risks and seasonal stress for Calgary residents during winter holidays.
Snow Removal
Professional snow removal services for Calgary residential properties. Using backpack blowers and shovels, we clear sidewalks and driveways within 24 hours of snowfall. Our seasonal contracts (November-April) protect landscaping and driveways using non-plow methods. We offer flexible scheduling without fixed time commitments and provide individual monthly contracts for vacation periods. This 15-season service ensures safe access during Calgary's challenging winters with equipment appropriate for delicate surfaces.

We have used Kilroy for years and they are efficient, very professional and friendly in their approach. The windows all sparkle when they are done; they know what they are doing, and, they guarantee their work. They have come to know us and we enjoy seeing them arrive; I've learned a couple of good tips from them too! They go the extra mile and I've proudly referred Kilroy to friends, without hesitation!
