I am very pleased with the service provided by HUG Group Pest Control. Noticed an insect problem in my house, and no amount of Raid bug spray, vacuuming or cleaning eliminated them. I came across HUG after reading all the amazing reviews, and I'm so glad I did! I spoke to Gordon over the phone, and he was very patient, informative and walked me through the procedure and cost I was looking at for this type of issue. I was able to send a few pictures and videos of the insects I saw, and Gordon was able to identify the type of bug as beetles through the entomologist on his team. The booking and

I am very pleased with the service that I received from The HUG Group Pest Control. From calling the number to talk to Gord for a consultation, he was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about pest control. I was having issues with cockroaches and the numbers I have seen even after the first treatment drastically decreased (I opted for their suggestion of two spraying and a dusting at the end). I also met Hassan who performed the dusting and he is also very friendly and informative. They were also able to give tips on what can be done around the home to prevent further infestation.

HG Group Pest Control responded to our need for an exterminator immediately and worked with us to resolve the situation completely. In addition, they were tactful and considerate some special concerns and went over and above to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible, helping at every step and arranging for follow up inspections to ensure that there are no further issues. I cannot recommend their team highly enough.
