The facade is brick clad in a rhythm of bays to align with the streetscape context. The Dundas Street facilities are separated from the tower by 2 levels of above ground parking as well as two levels of below ground parking accessed from the existing facilities. The tower at 24-storeys has a mix of bachelor, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments for 256 units.We're a fan of the future.
