First, heat your hot tub to a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius (80 degrees Fahrenheit) before adding any chemicals. Warm water will dissolve granular chemicals more efficiently. Adjust your water's pH to between 7.2 and 7.9 using a pH test kit. Allow the water to filter for at least 30 minutes before retesting.

Last January we placed an order for a hot tub, we placed a deposit and was told due to covid would take longer approximately 6 months. We did not want to wait 6 months but really liked Darrel so we decided it was worth the wait. Wrong decision. Well it has been nothing but hell since then the communication has been horrendous. Myself and husband have called and emailed or several occasions and received very vague responses at first with loads of excuses (keep in mind we would know nothing if we didn’t reach out) now we have been trying to contact someone for the last month with zero responses

My wife and I have had nothing but great experiences with SunRay. We bought our tub from them 18 yrs ago and its still going strong and looking great because of the construction. Over the yrs we've had to have service on our tub but the service team has always exceeded our expectations with prompt and professional service. Parts and sales team are always a pleasure to deal and knowledgeable when ever we have questions or may need a part. We highly recommend them to anyone that asks about hottubs service or sales..

We've owned our hot tub since 2006. We only had minor issues with it and most were our error. Don in service is amazing. He and the service staff have always walked us through our issues and only come to do a service call when really needed. Rates are extremely reasonable and your tub will last forever with the proper care. Thanks Don for all of your help over the years!

I appreciate every visit I have to this company and always leave with a positive result. I am one whom lives a ways from town and I take on my own repairs. I own a 5 yr old hot tub, not made by Sun Ray Spas. I called Sun Ray because of a bad experience with the service dept at B.C. The service tech at Sun Ray was amazingly helpful, directing me on how to diagnose this problem myself so as to avoid an expensive service call (which was B.C.'s only solution). I diagnosed the problem as the heater element, removed it, and bought a new one from Sun Ray. It was 15% less $$ than B.C.'s,

We have bought 2 of their new hot tubs for different homes and nothing but good to say. Even over the 15 years we only needed service a couple of times and they came out quickly and for a reasonable price they fixed it.
It's made in Alberta! What more could you ask for! Great company, keep up the good work.
P.S. they even came to the home we are in now and took a 6 person hot tub away for nothing, as it needed a motherboard (not a Sunray hot tub, came with the property)

An amazing company! From the manufacturing facility to the show room it was evident that they knew their stuff! Then as we decided on which tub would suit our needs; the service began. From the staff taking down all our details regarding location and times that would work for delivery to the crew that came and did the installation, everyone was first rate. Even when they realized that they were short a small necessary piece they took steps to ensure it would be there asap to continue with the installation. Great people! Great Company!!
