I recall being very happy when my furnace was originally installed around 8 years ago. It went on the fritz during a recent cold spell. Hannah was pleasant and efficient when I called in to set up the appointment and Adam was an excellent technician that not only helped with my problem but also seems to have my best interest at heart. As I don't see my need of a furnace changing anytime soon, I look forward to doing business with Action Furnace again in the future.

I liked that the company sends you a message with a photo of the service person before they arrive so you know who to expect. I had Carl as my service person, he was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and effortlessly fixed my humidifier that another company had messed up and covered up. I quickly felt I could trust him in my home. Everything was very transparent walking me through the steps of what he was doing and the services he could provide, not once did I feel hustled or upsold or misled. The only downside was I couldnt get my ducts cleaned which I was originally scheduled

We had an issue with our tankless hot water system exhaust freezing up because it was vented to the roof. The installers came out and moved the venting to an exterior wall which should resolve our problem. The installers were polite, professional, cleaned up after they were done and communicated with us during the process. We also like that they send a photo and name of technician coming to the home and you are able to see how far they are away from your home and an approximate arrival time.
