They did a great job replacing an old aluminum awning for us. Fast service (considering COVID and all) mostly hands off transaction for us. Thank you very much.

It is a pleasure to do business with this amazing company. 5 stars doesn't seem like enough. Our 20 year old fully extended 22' by 13' (Jans) awning came crashing down onto the patio due to a sudden extreme wind gust and downpour, entirely my own fault. I called Jans first thing the next morning. Spoke with Stephan, he said Herman was in our area, and would stop by in @90 minutes. Herman arrived, jerryrigged the awning so it would retract, helped me move it to another area out of way and told me I would receive an estimate later that day. Stephan emailed the estimate, I approved it and he scheduled

I am more than happy to give a review on Jans Awning Products. From start to finish everything went smoothly. My reason for wanting an awning over my front step was so that I could sit comfortably and watch the world go by...so nice to see so many neighbours out walking their dogs and stopping to chat. And now everyone is so impressed with my new awning! Thank you Kurt for your quote and Steve for making it all happen!

We had roll shutters installed at our cottage on Lake Erie. From start to finish, Jans Awnings is a company that we would highly recommend. Every exchange with the office was very pleasant and we found the staff to be very knowledgeable. Anson did our installation, which required a lot of extra work due to the placement of our windows. He was professional, polite and had impeccable attention to detail when installing our shutters. He left the site as if no one was ever there and we are so pleased with the look and the shutter quality is amazing. From start to finish, this is a company that we would

I read all the good reviews so trusted Jans Awning would deliver and they did. The entire process beginning with the first call to set up a sales appointment to the final installation was smooth, friendly and professional. I got great advice on which fabric to select, the size, the trim, the motor etc. I put my trust in them and so glad I did. Love our awning - it's gorgeous and great quality.
