Technicians came on time to do carpet stretching. Did a thorough job and as well offered to do a Small extra task we hadnt asked for. Our quote was based on photos, and as it turned out the furniture removal was less than they had expected, so Mark very honestly reduced the cost for furniture removal. Definitely recommend this company.

I previously had Victorious replace the flooring in the bedrooms back in 2018 and loved their work, so thought of them again when the living room & den floors needed replacement this year. The quote was quick & thorough and the work was completed promptly on the scheduled date. The work was awesome and I'd totally use them again.

Used Victorious Carpet for new Master Bedroom Carpet. Read reviews throughout the internet, which seemed great. So thought it would be a great place to start. Right from the beginning I knew it was the right choice. Mark was extremely helpful and came to our house with about a dozen samples, chosen based on my description of what we were looking for. He nailed the choices, and any of them would have been great. Once we settled on the sample we liked best, he called the next morning to confirm its availability and set delivery time. Delivery went right on schedule and the installer Erdem, was amazing

Mark was an exceptional professional, who was able to use the same carpet and make corrections to our setting. He also provided advice for future wear and tear use which was really helpful. Extremely well priced and prompt. Would definitely call Mark for future carpet repairs.
