Critical:Responsiveness
They called after I requested a quote and asked for a detailed email. I responded that day, April 2, with all they asked. They didnt respond so I sent a follow up email on April 11. It is now April 20th and they have yet to respond.

Working with Burns Bath was a pleasure. They did their absolute best to create a bathroom that was beautiful and functional and we are very pleased with the final result. They are a quality company, have excellent workmanship and will fix it if its wrong. They are one of the few bathroom companies I have worked with that are highly professional and extremely conscientious. If I had another bathroom that needs to be re-done, I would hire them again. This was our first experience with a renovation and you and your staff exceeded our expectations! From the minute your staff arrived at our door on day 1, with dropsheets in their hands to protect our floor coverings, we knew we had made the right decision. Our bathroom is now one if the nicest rooms in the house! We would not hesitate to contact you in the future if we need more work done and would recommend you to anyone who is looking to renovate!
