I had the most amazing experience with A-1. They went out of their way to help me, explaining how to work around a missing damper and giving me places to go to get a replacement made and how to install it myself. They walked me through the options to get it done through them and recommended I do not do so given the high cost involved. Very impressed with the service.

Call A1 and request Zack you won't be disappointed. Professional, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first call into to A1 as we just moved into this house and were unsure when the last chimeny inspection and clean was done. Zack took a look and was honest enough to tell us it was clean and didn't require a sweep until next year. He of course inquired about how many uses we anticipated having this season. Highly recommend!

100% would recommend - not only did they help, but I learned so much! This is our first real fireplace so a lot to learn. we had another company clean this out for us last year and only days after our damper broke or fell off track. I just called A1 and Aaron, who answered the line really did his best to help out and got me on the phone with a technician RIGHT away to see if they could help with the issue we're having.
