Very happy with the results and most importantly the customer service. Right from the quoting stage they were top shelf. We had a couple of minor issues and, without reservation, David sent his crew back up to Port Perry to rectify. He came back up again yesterday to add a small deflector at the front of our house. We had the job done in the summer and paid them shortly after. They continued to support us. Hire them with confidence.

A piece of our siding came off during a storm and we called to receive a quote. They came a couple days later (on time) and then sent out one of their employees to fix it. Very professional. The entire transaction took a week at most. Extremely happy and would definitely recommend.

I could only afford to do the rear of the house last year. Before they came we had ice on our 2nd storie deck and the stairs going down to yard. Put up with it for years. Scary. Last winter it was like a whole new deck, snow sure, but no ice! The eavestrough had started to do its job. Got the rest done today. Fast friendly, offered solutions as to where to put the water exit. Right on quote even with an extra tweak or two. When you call ask for Dave (a prerequisite to work there I think). I'm not going to miss the ice right out the front door this winter. Thanks Dave and Dave.

Recently had RMS do some capping and eavestrough work on our house. We are so happy with the finished product, as well as the amazing customer service. Little Dave came out to do our quote and was so friendly and knowledgeable (and also made a second trip out when I was being indecisive about the colour I wanted lol). My husband was home while the work was being done and said the crew was great; worked like a well oiled machine and were friendly and respectful. Would highly recommend using RMS!
