Retractable Classic Awnings
Retractable Classic Awnings provide versatile shade solutions for patios and windows. These durable systems feature aluminum frames and water-resistant fabric, offering adjustable coverage with a crank handle. Ideal for homeowners seeking reliable sun protection with a traditional aesthetic. Our installations include customization options for size, color, and operation method.
Retractable Cassette Awnings
Retractable Cassette Awnings feature a protective housing that shields the fabric when retracted. These premium systems offer enhanced durability and weather resistance, with options for motorized controls and smart home integration. Perfect for commercial properties and high-end residences requiring low-maintenance shade solutions with sleek, modern designs.
Retractable Screens
Retractable Screens create insect-free outdoor living spaces while maintaining unobstructed views. Our systems use high-tension mesh that retracts into a compact housing, available in manual or motorized versions. Commercial-grade models provide privacy and UV protection for patios, decks, and building facades.
Commercial Awnings
Commercial Awnings enhance storefront visibility while providing functional shade. We offer custom-designed systems with branding opportunities, using heavy-duty materials to withstand frequent use. Installation includes structural assessments and compliance with local building codes, ensuring long-term performance for retail, hospitality, and office spaces.
Stationary Awnings
Stationary Awnings deliver permanent shade solutions for windows, entrances, and outdoor seating areas. Constructed from aluminum frames with durable fabric covers, these systems require minimal maintenance. Available in various slopes and projections to accommodate architectural styles while providing consistent sun protection throughout the day.
Questions
What types of awnings do you offer?
We provide retractable classic, cassette, and terrace awnings, stationary awnings, and specialized commercial systems. All products feature customizable sizes, materials, and operation methods to suit residential and business needs.
Do your awnings work in rainy conditions?
Retractable awnings function in light rain when supervised, requiring proper slope for water runoff. Prolonged heavy rain may cause water pooling, so we recommend retracting during severe weather to maintain fabric longevity.
How do I maintain my awning fabric?
Annual cleaning with a garden hose and mild soap removes dirt buildup. Allow fabrics to air dry completely before retracting. Avoid harsh chemicals that could degrade water-resistant coatings and inspect for wear regularly.
What warranty coverage applies?
Our products include a 6-year frame warranty, 10-year pro-rated fabric warranty, and 5-year motor warranty. These exceed manufacturer standards, reflecting our confidence in Ontario-made quality and installation expertise.
Can screens provide privacy?
Higher-density mesh offers daytime privacy while maintaining visibility. For complete privacy including evenings, we recommend solid acrylic fabric options that block visibility from both sides when extended.
Do you serve areas beyond London?
While based in London, Ontario, we serve clients across Southwestern Ontario. Our team provides on-site consultations, measurements, and installations throughout the region, ensuring the same quality service regardless of location.

Outstanding customer service throughout the entire purchase and installation process! We recently had an issue with the awning (not retracting) which was our fault. Dennis and his lovely spouse Christina actually came to our home at 9:30 pm to do an emergency repair for us! Customer service above and beyond!

Very pleased with our new blind for our covered porch! Great communication, excellent installation - we are going to enjoy this for years to come. We are especially happy to deal with a local, family-owned business who we know will support their product and takes pride in every step of this transaction.

We had London Awning install an awning for us in October. They did an exceptional job and we were very pleased with their attention to every detail as well as a very complete explanation of its working and maintenance. We anticipate that this excellent service will continue as the year maintenance in 2021 rolls around.
