I wish Backyard Resorts would teach all the local businesses what customer service is!. I have never encountered such a customer focused company, Fred and Team are AMAZING! I wish they could expand to provide everything I could possibly need to purchase and I would never have a worry again. Do not hesitate if you are considering purchasing from them, you will not regret it.

Savannah (sp?) is awesome!!! My partner and I just bought a home with a spa and have no idea what were doing. This woman broke it all down for us and in no time I can do science!! She helped me locate a filter for my odd sized tub, we learned about enzymes and had real human conversations. There should be more people out there that can connect and engage like Savannah. Ill be back for sure.

April and Fred are amazing knowledgeable and friendly. I resently had to sell a family members house that had a pool that was in horrible shape. They opened the open after 2 years of being sealed.They guided me throw maintance and how to clean everything. I must have called them 6 or 7 times over the course of 5 days and everytime they were able to help me out. I would highly recommend them for your pool needs.

Was able to find the start up and maintenance chemicals I needed on the website, placed and paid for the order which was ready for pickup in a couple of hours. Everything was waiting for me at the front door for curbside pickup with quick and courteous service. Will definitely be a return customer.
