I just wanted to take a minute to applaud our sales rep Paul Norris, who was really fantastic to work with - probably the best that weve experienced, honestly. He speaks highly about the values of his employers and he acts with integrity. We had a few hiccups with installation, but it felt comfortable to figure it out with Paul, who always made himself available if questions came up. It made the experience a positive one and were really happy how things turned out. Teach a course on customer service, Paul!

We would like to thank Pacific Coast Flooring for an excellent job on our new vinyl plank floors. Paul was an excellent sales person throughout the process. We did experience some product reordering which was due to the virus and beyond anyone's control. Paul kept us informed and was very quick to create solutions. Dan was our installer. We thoroughly enjoyed having him work in our home His attention to detail and quality craftmanship resulted in a beautiful result with precise finishing. Thank you so much! I called this company to get an estimate for a sizeable commercial job and was transferred to a Paul Norris (Mr. Norris) for assistance. I explained the job to Mr. Norris and he was very enthusiastic about the job and provided an appointment time for the estimate. I explained to Mr. Norris that it is the policy of our company to get three quotes prior to proceeding with a job. I left an urgent meeting in order to make the appointment and over the course of the next couple of hours explained the job to Mr. Norris while he took all the necessary measurements. This business cares very little about customer service nor quality work. Steer clear. Very unprofessional. Floor layers truck such a disaster its no wonder our vinyl floor was left with holes in it. Too long of story to post but If you want great looking floors with no hassle or stress do not choose this company. Simple requests not followed. Floors left with bubbles. Owner did not check work quality and could not care less of the lack of service and quality that were provided. So many other options. Choose any one else.

I only wish I could rate this business a minus 1 for all of the grief we went through with this company. What was supposed to be a 1 week flooring job while we were away on holiday turned into a 4 month flooring fiasco. As per the contract we signed with Pacific Coast Flooring they agreed to complete our vinyl plank flooring installation in 1 week while we were out of town. When we returned late after our flight landed we walked into a messy disaster. Nails sticking up on the unfinished stairs, holes in our dining room walls and scrapes along the hall stairs, dirt and dust LITERALLY covering everything
