Ben and his team were sub-contracted by OnSide Restorations to complete the tear-out and drying of our condo after the girl above us had a pipe burst in her unit. They were on time and very thorough in their walk-through to assess the damage. They asked us exactly what happened and anything that we noticed of where water came through the ceiling and walls. After taking some measurements they got started with the demolition. I was very impressed with their work and how clean it was. My wife and I cleared anything out of the way that we could to give them room to work. They meticulously went room
